Serving and protecting the website

Roboryn is hosted by Vercel Inc. Requests transmit technical information such as IP address, requested URL, time and browser information so the site can be delivered and protected against abuse. Hosting and security logs may contain this information.

The purpose is reliable, secure delivery of this free research website, based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Technical records are retained for the hosting provider’s operational retention periods and, where necessary, for investigating an incident; we do not build visitor profiles from them.

Vercel and its service providers may process information outside the EEA, including the United States. Information about safeguards, processing and retention is available in Vercel’s Data Processing Addendum and privacy notice.

No analytics or advertising trackers

This edition includes no advertising pixels, audience analytics, account system, newsletter form or payment flow. The application does not set analytics cookies or store a visitor profile. Necessary hosting or security mechanisms may still process request information.

Fonts and 3D model files are served from this website. Source and video links open external websites only when you follow them; those services have their own privacy policies.

Email links open your chosen mail application. Nothing is submitted until you send it. Your address, message and any information you include are processed by our email service providers to answer your request or investigate a correction, based on our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We keep correspondence only while needed to handle the request and document its resolution, or where a legal retention duty applies. Evidence needed for a correction may be retained in the editorial record, without publishing your email address. We do not add you to a mailing list. Please do not send confidential or sensitive personal information in source submissions.
